Wedding Decor

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and reserve your event date. The remaining balance must be paid no later than one day before the event.

Your booking is confirmed once the rental agreement is signed and the required payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 45 days before the scheduled event date are eligible for a refund of 50% of the deposit paid.

Cancellations made less than 45 days before the event date are not eligible for a deposit refund.

Bookings made within 45 days of the event date are also not eligible for a deposit refund in the event of cancellation.

For safety reasons, outdoor decorations cannot be installed during rain, strong winds, thunderstorms, or other unsafe weather conditions.

Rain and strong winds can damage floral arrangements and compromise the stability of decorative structures, creating potential safety hazards.

Weather conditions must remain safe throughout installation, the event, and breakdown.
