Booking & Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and reserve your event date. The remaining balance must be paid no later than one day before the event.

Your booking is confirmed once the rental agreement is signed and the required payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 45 days before the scheduled event date are eligible for a refund of 50% of the deposit paid.

Cancellations made less than 45 days before the event date are not eligible for a deposit refund.

Bookings made within 45 days of the event date are also not eligible for a deposit refund in the event of cancellation.

The standard decoration rental period is one hour, beginning immediately upon completion of the setup.

Friday–Sunday bookings require a minimum order of $450.

For orders of $450 or more, delivery and pickup are complimentary within a 10-mile radius of Downtown Orlando.

Additional delivery fees may apply to locations outside this radius.

For safety reasons, outdoor decorations cannot be installed during rain, strong winds, or other unsafe weather conditions.

If unfavorable weather is expected on your event day, the following options may be available:

• Reschedule: Adjust the installation time, subject to availability and safe weather conditions.
• Relocate: Move the setup to a suitable sheltered indoor or covered location, arranged in advance.

Rain and strong winds can damage floral arrangements and compromise the stability of decorative structures.

Weather conditions must remain safe throughout installation, the rental period, and breakdown.

We monitor weather forecasts and will communicate any necessary adjustments in advance.
